A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Preston area for an Administrator to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis starting immediately.
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager you will be responsible for:
• General administration including filing, faxing, inputting data on to Microsoft Excel
• Occasionally answering telephone
• Ordering stationary
• Sorting post
Previous experience within a similar role is essential. You will be approachable and flexible in your approach to work and be willing to support the finance team.
In return, you will be offered £8.50 per hour, free parking and holiday pay on top. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5pm.
