A business based in Preston are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their Finance team for up three months. This company are currently changing finance packages and require someone with excellent data input skills to help them with the migration project.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

• Inputting data on to Sage
• Data cleansing
• Validating addresses
• Supporting with job costing
• Entering time sheets
• Typing
• Supporting in Purchase Ledger
• General administration

To be successful in your application, you will have excellent attention and you will have a high level of accuracy when keying. You will be willing to work as part of a team and support the finance function when required. Occasionally you will be required to enter some purchase ledger invoices.

In return, you will be offered a salary of £8.50 per hour + holidays. Working 37.5 hours per week, flexi-time. Free parking is available onsite.
