A multinational Private Equity firm that focus predominantly on the tech sector. They have a highly experienced team with worldwide experience and have invested in over 150 companies.
Working directly with one of the Partners on early stage investments, this role will involve:
o modelling the impact of financing rounds on ownership and exit returns when the terms of new investment rounds are being discussed
o drafting term sheets based on agreed formats for new investment rounds
o researching markets for due diligence purposes
o reviewing legal documents for new investments to ensure in line with terms agreed
o collecting and preparing information on the progress of portfolio companies as required for reports to investors, and for valuation purposes.
o providing input on financial models and transactions to the Investment Manager who is writing an investment proposal /investment memoranda for investment consideration
o collecting information on new investments for the Compliance and Finance Teams such as banking information, anti-money laundering documentation, timing of investment
o preparing charts and analysis material for investor day and advisory board presentations
o managing quarterly fund models to forecast performance of the investing funds
o providing analytical support to other funds and portfolios as needed
The ideal candidate for this role will be ACA qualified and have Transaction Services or M&A experience from a Top 10 firm. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
