My Client, a leading name in software solutions for the Legal sector, is currently looking to appoint an ambitious, capable Operations Manager to take over key duties within his SME business, to allow further focus on new product development.
You will take charge of the day to day running of the office, managing suppliers, utilities, administration and enquiries, whilst also assisting the CEO with the new product development in the form of market research, presentation preparation and updating client information.
This is the type of role that rarely becomes available to a person outside of an established business - this role will see you effectively managing the business as if it was your own, learning the ropes alongside a seasoned, experienced CEO who has multiple businesses, and then you will have the opportunity to further develop once the new product launch come to fruition.
In order to be successful in this role, you need to be driven, forward-thinking and commercially aware. You will ideally have experience within Operations Management and will be educated to degree level. An interest in Software Development and the Legal sector will prove advantageous.
Due to the nature of the business, this role will be contractual initially, and you will work on a self-employed basis. You will receive a starting salary of up to £35,000 p.a. dependant on experience and aptitude.
