An exceptional opportunity has arisen within a large multinational business in Cheshire for an experienced, diligent and credible Senior PA. Due to internal movement a new role has been created offering the right candidate the opportunity to genuinely make the role their own from day one. You will possess the highest level PA experience and hold proven PA experience supporting senior leaders. This position is integral in the ongoing success of the senior leadership team and play an extremely important part in the day to day operations of the office. You will be expected to autonomously manage the Executive Team administration, completing and distributing agendas and minutes for all required meetings, consult with the Leadership Team regarding information required for relevant meetings and complete all ad hoc tasks delegated by the Executive Team. This is permanent, full time role and the hours are 0900-5.30

Main Responsibilities:-

•Deal with all telephone enquiries and visitors for CEO and Executive Directors
•Diary management ensuring that day to day diaries are managed effectively including travel arrangements, plans and itineraries
•Arrange all relevant meetings for the Executive Team, Leadership Team and various committees
•Work with relevant committee Chairman’s to formulate agendas for the meetings and distribute alongside accompanying papers to all attendees in accordance with SLA’s
•Take minutes at meetings and distribute to all attendees within the required timescales
•Collate and prepare business updates on behalf of the CEO
•Collate and prepare Shareholders, Board and meeting packs
•Complete expenses claims for the CEO and Executive Directors in accordance with the company’s financial procedure
•Book travel and accommodation for the CEO and Executive Directors as required
•Prepare rooms and organising refreshments for directors meetings
•Prioritise workload to ensure business requirements are continually met
•Liaise with relevant persons regarding meeting arrangements and documentation
•Complete all additional required ad hoc tasks as requested to the required standards.

You will come from professional/financial services background and possess corporate/PLC/Blue Chip experience rather than SME. Only applicants will be considered who are currently working as a PA and have a consistent career history in this field is preferable. You will be immaculately presented, extremely personable, approachable and friendly with a great sense of humour.
