Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Up to £17 per hour dependent on experience
I am currently searching for an experienced PA to support the founder and CEO of a Charity that focuses on assisting long term unemployed and those requiring additional support in the workplace. In addition to PA duties, you will also take on board management of the office and HR administration duties.
Key PA duties will include:
Assist the CEO in achieving the companies aims and objectives and provide a comprehensive support service, maintaining the highest possible standards of service and customer care all times.
Manage the CEO's Diary and appointments
Compile and co-ordinate appointments and meetings in the CEO's diary and sort and prioritise enquiries; answer enquiries on behalf of the MD, when required.
Respond to enquiries face to face or via telephone/email.
Organise meetings, events, hospitality and receiving visitors
Provide secretarial support, undertaking research, preparing reports, responses and statistical information as required.
Set up and manage appropriate administrative systems to enable the Managing Director to be effective in their role.
To be successful you will have:
Previous suitable experience of PA responsibilities
Ideally you will have experience of governance, or working within a highly regulated environment
Excellent communications skills
Great IT skills including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
A professional outlook, business savvy and commercially astute
First class customer service experience
Meticulous with the ability to multitask and juggle several jobs at once
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience/knowledge of HR process and procedure
