AX Technical Specialist will be delivering support and solutions to assigned business areas in relation to various AX software programs. It ensures optimum systems performance is achieved in order to fulfil business objectives. Working with partners and internal customers to troubleshoot applications and software as well as design and deliver in-house software improvements and training. This role will also hold responsibility for managing the work of Application Analysts to ensure the supply of information, insight and ideas to inform strategic and tactical decision making.
• Responsible for the provision of technical specialist support to assigned business areas; working with partners and customers to conduct root cause analysis, evaluate and generate ideas, design solutions for improvement and contribute to effective implementation plans .
• Project management expertise for Transformational Support projects in relation to the implementation of technical deliverables.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of technical solutions including, testing of new and existing applications. Performing post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
• Experience in AX2012 Financials is required
• Understanding of 3rd Party Application Integrations / Interfaces
• Knowledge of SharePoint & MS BI Tools would be advantageous
