A growing group of companies with interests across property, construction and logistics. This business continues to go from strength to strength and has just secured some exciting multi-million pound contracts.

The Opportunity

Working alongside an accomplished Managing Director you will have full responsibility for the finance function of the business. You will be responsible for putting in systems and ways of working ensuring a streamlined and efficient finance team. This role is within an SME environment and therefore you will have the opportunity to get involved in the commercial and operational aspect of the business.

About You

You will be a qualified accountant with experience in an SME environment. Exposure to the construction / property related sector will be seen as an advantage. It is important you are hands on and understand the way to run a project based business. This role is based in Western Scotland but the client will consider a candidate willing to relocate and will offer a generous relocation allowance and short term (6 months) accommodation.
