The Company

A circa £500m technology company with operations across the globe. This organisation provides a critical niche service which is highly sought after in today’s economic climate. Part of a wider Group this company has grown rapidly over the last few years and is now looking at a potential listing on NASDAQ.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with directly an entrepreneurial CEO, MD and Group CFO, you will also get exposure to an advisor board which contains some real high-level experts within this companies chosen field. This will be the number one finance role for one of the larger companies within the wider group.

The Job

Taking full responsibility for finance for this large group division you will have an open remit to run the department how you see fit, implementing your own process and procedures. You will work very closely with the Group CFO and this division operates Internationally. You will manage and develop a team of 20 finance people.

About You

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a large PE/VC backed or listed (AIM, NASDAQ) environment. It is important you have operated at Board level ideally within an International IT&T company.
