I am currently searching for a competent Personal Assistant, on behalf of a Corporate Finance business, situated near Green Park. Established in the 1990's, this is a business with international presence and a great reputation.
The role will support a Managing Partner in the main, and you may also need to take on occasional duties as required by the Operations Manager and wider team. Day to day business tasks will include diary management, inbox management, arranging meetings, call handling, preparing documentation, assisting with projects and reports, taking minutes and any other ad-hoc requirement that may arise.
This is a challenging, varied role within a fast-paced environment and so calls for a person who can effectively multi-task whilst ensuring all work is completed to a consistently high level. You will need to be good at problem solving, finding practical work-arounds on your own initiative, You will be confident communicating at all levels and will be organized and pro-active. You will ideally be educated to degree level, and will have experience, or a keen interest, in Corporate Finance.
