The Company

A London based Accountancy firm have an opportunity for a Secretary to join the company on a full-time basis.

The position is based in London and will be based in the Wealth Management department. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm.

The Role

  • Supporting principals in wealth management and tax department
  • Providing a first-class service to all clients
  • Diary and email management
  • Meeting bookings
  • Audio typing and typing letters, reports and accounts as required
  • Liaising with clients on behalf of principal when away from office base
  • Answering telephone calls and arranging conference calls
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • Reception cover on a rota
  • Scanning filing and photocopying
  • Updating databases and internal software with client details
  • Invoicing and sending out statements

About You

  • Experience working as a secretary in a professional office
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Flexibility towards working hours according to the principals’ needs
  • IT skills including Microsoft office packages
  • Experience of dealing with high net worth clients is desirable
  • Maintain professionalism at all times and remain calm under pressure
  • Work well as a team and on own initiative, being proactive
