  A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an ambitious Company Commercial Fee Earner to join its Corporate / Commercial team, working closely with experienced Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to move beyond pure M&A and build long-term client relationships without moving in-house.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Broad company commercial work (not limited to M&A)
  • Managing an existing caseload from instruction to completion

  About You

  • 2-4 years’ PQE in Company Commercial / Corporate law
  • Able to hit the ground running and meet fee targets

  • Full UK driving licence and own transport required
