It’s the most wonderful time of the year… we have time to reflect and look ahead to 2023 and our growth plans!

Singer Andy Williams had it right with his festive tune, it’s the most wonderful time of the year! This time of year, you naturally look back at the previous 12 months and reflect on the highlights and some of the low points, then look forward to the new year and the excitement of what that has to offer.

It’s safe to say that it has been the most wonderful year for us at Simpson Judge with 5 record quarters in a row, we have seen growth in both head count and revenue this last year which given the economic outlook and the post pandemic challenges has been phenomenal and with the dedication of our team the next 12 months promise to be exciting. The growth and the ambition of both the company and our employees are testament to the culture that the company is founded in, over 90% of our trainees are still with the company, many of whom have received promotions this last year of which there were 21!

2023 is going to start with a bang, as we celebrate our 10^th birthday in February and a decade of doing things differently as a professional services recruitment provider. We have ambitious growth plans for 2023 with a target to expand our head count across the company to 70 by the end of the year, this will be supported by our growing expertise and reputations within the HR, Legal and Consumer goods sectors which are new additions to the Simpson Judge offering within the last 2 years. We have already seen tremendous growth within the Consumer Goods market and being added to the preferred supplier list of a major national retail business will only strengthen the opportunities for the Consumer Division for rapid growth.

So, for now we are going to close for the festive period, enjoy reflecting on what has been a fantastic year and host our Christmas party to celebrate how far we have come in the last 12 months.
