We are supporting a media business in West London who are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant for Maternity Cover until Spring 2020.
This job is geared towards an entry level candidate looking to gain accounts and finance experience. The role is a contract to cover maternity leave initially but there could be opportunities after the end of the contract.
The accounts assistant reports directly to the financial controller. This will be a varied positions covering a variety of tasks including but not exclusive.
• Credit Control
• Supplier invoice entry
• Posting supplier payments
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Taking accounts calls
• General administration
The role will broadly cover 25 hours a week over five days and can be adapted to suit circumstances. It will initially be to cover maternity leave and could offer opportunities post that point.
The salary is £20,000 pro-rata.
