Permanent role, circa. 30 hours per week
Salary up to £40,000 p.a. dependent on experience
I am currently supporting a serial entrepreneur in their search for an outstanding EA to provide Business and Household support. The role will need to be flexible in terms of hours (approx 30 per week, Monday to Friday) and location (my clients home address and office, both near to Sutton Coldfield).
Key duties will include:
** Diary Management
** Inbox Management
** Household Management, including management of bills, contractors, maintenance & staff
** Travel Arrangement (business and personal)
** Expenses Processing
** Preparation of presentations
** Minute taking and distribution at key board meetings
** Social Events calendar
** Occasional support for other family members, including spouse who also manages a large business portfolio
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be incredibly well organised, process driven with fantastic attention to detail and a great communicator. You will have previous experience within a similar role and you will be happy to assist with smaller tasks as well as the key highlights of the role.
You will be personable and professional, and looking for a long term career as an EA.
An interest in property would be advantageous.
