Salary up to £30,000 p.a. dependent on experience
My client, a leading Property & Business consultancy operating across the South East, is looking to appoint a new Project Coordinator to their team. This is a new role brought about by organic growth within the business.
You will take on administrative responsibility for the project management team; filing, responding to queries, assisting with research, etc. whilst learning the tools of becoming a Project Manager yourself. You will help out as directed by the Managing Director whilst you learn best practices and internal procedures. You will then have the opportunity to progress into project managing your own portfolio.
My client would also consider you if you are already working as a Project Manager within the Property industry, and they would ensure the salary on offer would reflect your experience.
In order to be successful you will need to be super organised, ambitious and looking to establish a career rather than just have a job. You must have significant, recent experience of working within an office environment and a demonstrated ability to manage a varied workload whilst maintaining strong attention to detail. You will have an interest in the property market and will be commercially driven.
