Simpson Judge Ltd are supporting a legal business based near Tower Hill who require an Accounts Assistant due to rapid business growth. This is a newly created role. 5 days p/w office working.
Study support provided.
· Daily bank reconciliations
· Raising sales invoices and maintaining the sales ledger
· Credit Control
· Processing purchase invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger
· Producing weekly payment runs
· Taking accounts up to trail balance
· Responding professionally and promptly to client queries
· Various AdoHoc tasks
Qualification and experience:
· Knowledge of Xero - Non negotiable
· 2/3 years finance experience in a legal business
· Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
