I am currently searching for an exceptional Customer Services Leader, on behalf of a retail business based near Gloucester. With fantastic, modern offices providing free onsite parking, my client provide a great work space to compliment their positive culture, sustainable business growth and forward-thinking attitude.
In this role you will lead from the front, taking charge of the activity and progression of a team of 8 Customer Service Advisors. You will interact daily with SME and blue-chip clients to ensure the excellent reputation this business has is maintained to the highest standard.
You will be involved in handling enquiries, query resolution and order tracking, ensuring your team deal with anything that crosses their paths in a professional, diligent and timely matter.
As the business continues to grow, it will be your responsibility to hire and train additional team members, to grow the team to ensure customers are best supported.
In order to be successful in this role you must have significant experience in a similar field.
You will be a fantastic communicator, with excellent written and spoken English.
You must be a positive problem-solver, possessing good commercial acumen and a fantastic work ethic.
In return you will receive a salary of up to £60,000 p.a. dependent on experience.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm, and are wholly office based.
