Our prestigious client, a dedicated Family Law Firm, is on the lookout for a seasoned Family Solicitor to become part of their dynamic team. In this pivotal role within the family law department, you will manage a variety of family law cases, encompassing divorce, separation, financial settlements, and matters concerning children. There is an opportunity for career advancement to Head of Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a comprehensive array of family law cases, which includes drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents.
• Collaborate with various professionals, such as psychologists, healthcare providers, social workers, and law enforcement.
• Analyse and assess evidence to effectively support client interests.
• Navigate emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy.

Essential Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in family law.
• Exceptional client service abilities.
• Capability to manage an independent caseload with team support.
• Strong business acumen along with knowledge of financial targets and business development.
• Proficient and articulate communication skills.
