Role: Contact Centre Advisor
Location: Colne
Contract length: Temporary for 3 months – potentially a permanent role at the end
Salary: Dependant on experience
I am recruiting for a well-established organisation in Colne who are seeking 2 temporary to permanent B2B Contact Centre Advisors to start ASAP. Initially working on a 3 month contract, this role will go permanent if the candidates performance and attitude are satisfactory and in-line with company expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to business customers, providing excellent customer service and selling effectively
- Liaising with customers via a number of communication channels, providing prompt correspondence
- Selling the company products in a knowledgeable and professional manner
- Keeping the company database up to date and accurate
- Working within a target driven environment
- Always providing exemplary customer service
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Previous experience working within a call or contact centre environment
- Ideally some experience working in sales or a target driven environment
- A motivated self-starter, who wants to pick up the phone and is ambitious and keen to make sales
- Positive and professional demeanour
- You must be immediately available to start new roles as the business are looking for a start date ASAP
