Our client is now looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property department. The successful candidate will be able to manage their own busy mixed caseload unassisted.

Previous experience – a minimum of 3 years’ experience within Residential Property

Some of your duties will include but not be limited to:
– Managing a mixed caseload
– Dealing with sales enquiries
– Liaise with clients and third parties
– Ensure are legal requirements are met in property transactions
– Prepare and review legal documents
