Job Title: Employment Solicitor NQ – Senior Associate /Partner
Salary: DOE. Circa £45,000 – £70,000 OR Fee Share Arrangement
Location: Cheltenham
Hours: Full time.

We’re looking for an experience Employment Solicitor to join an award winning highly reputable firm/ team in Gloucester. Whether you’re an NQ solicitor or a Senior Solicitor with a following looking for a fee share arrangement, this firm has space for you.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
* Manage a caseload on Employment Law matter including but not limited to Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Tribunal representations, unpaid wages, working with national cooperation to small local business and start up companies.
* Further grow and develop the department

Experience Required:
* Experienced in employment law, someone who can come in and hit the ground running to help further expand the department and to pick up an existing caseload.
