Family Solicitor

Role: Private Family Solicitor (5PQE+)
Location: Walsall
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE

We at Simpson Judge are currently working with a well established multi service law firm who are looking to bring in a Private Family Solicitor with at least 5 years experience post qualification.

You should possess a minimum of five years of experience handling privately funded cases, including but not limited to:

– Divorce and separation proceedings
– Children Act matters
– Financial provision cases
– Applications for injunctions
– Schedule 1 Children Act issues
– Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

In addition to managing your own cases, this position will involve supervising less experienced team members. You will also work alongside the Head of Department to help grow and enhance our Family Law Department. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, confident, and approachable, with a proven track record and a genuine interest in marketing and business development for yourself, the team, and the firm.
