This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and client-focused Family Solicitor to become part of a successful department, handling a varied caseload of privately funded family matters. The role will involve:

• Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters
• Handling matters including divorce, financial settlements, separation agreements and private children matters
• Providing clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
• Conducting negotiations and supporting clients through often complex family situations
• Preparing legal documentation and attending meetings, hearings and negotiations where required
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider team to deliver excellent client outcomes
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high standard of client care

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working within a family law department
• Strong knowledge of privately funded family matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• The ability to manage their own caseload effectively
