About the Opportunity

An award-winning and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer or Fee Earner to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Litigation Fee Earner looking to join a collaborative and supportive environment where high-quality legal work, client care, and professional development are genuinely valued.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working alongside experienced litigators in a team known for delivering practical, commercially focused advice and exceptional client service.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied litigation caseload, providing strategic legal advice and guiding clients through disputes from instruction through to resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to conclusion
  • Delivering high-quality legal advice tailored to individual client needs
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of client care and communication
  • Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Accurately recording time, billing, and financial information
  • Identifying and managing legal, regulatory, and commercial risks
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives
  • Assisting with the supervision and development of junior colleagues where appropriate
  • Contributing to departmental growth, innovation, and service improvements
  • Maintaining technical knowledge and ensuring ongoing professional development

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience managing a litigation caseload independently

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes and service standards

  • Trust and estate-related litigation
