About the Opportunity
An award-winning and growing regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer or Fee Earner to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Litigation Fee Earner looking to join a collaborative and supportive environment where high-quality legal work, client care, and professional development are genuinely valued.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working alongside experienced litigators in a team known for delivering practical, commercially focused advice and exceptional client service.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied litigation caseload, providing strategic legal advice and guiding clients through disputes from instruction through to resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to conclusion
- Delivering high-quality legal advice tailored to individual client needs
- Maintaining exceptional standards of client care and communication
- Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Accurately recording time, billing, and financial information
- Identifying and managing legal, regulatory, and commercial risks
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives
- Assisting with the supervision and development of junior colleagues where appropriate
- Contributing to departmental growth, innovation, and service improvements
- Maintaining technical knowledge and ensuring ongoing professional development
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience managing a litigation caseload independently
- Strong technical litigation knowledge
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes and service standards

- Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
- Trust and estate-related litigation
