Location: Bury, North Manchester
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based (potential for 1 day remote)

Simpson Judge Legal are working with a well-established high street firm in Bury who are looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their busy and growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys a varied caseload and is confident managing both Personal Injury matters (predominantly RTA) alongside broader civil litigation work.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, including:
• Claimant Personal Injury matters, with a focus on RTA files
• Pre- and post-litigated PI cases
• General civil litigation matters
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Contract disputes
• Debt recovery matters
• Landlord & tenant disputes
• Supporting on more complex litigation where required
• You will have autonomy over your files from instruction through to resolution, with secretarial and administrative support available.

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ PQE, although all levels considered with relevant experience)
• Proven experience handling RTA / Personal Injury files independently
• Experience managing a broader civil litigation caseload
• Confident running matters through litigation where necessary
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
