Due to continued growth of the department, our client is now looking for a Plot Conveyancer to join their leading Residential development team in their Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to work for leading Legal 500 Law Firm that is well-known for its impressive client base.

Job Summary:
Job title – Plot Conveyancer/Paralegal

Salary – Up to £36,000 Depending on experience
Reports to – Head of Department
Previous experience – A minimum of 1 years’ experience within Newbuild

The ideal candidate will:
– Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within Newbuild
– Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
– Be able to work independently as well as a team
– Be confident and have strong client management skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Be able to work well under pressure
