JOB TITLE: Residential Property Conveyancer
Location: Wigan (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
Hours: Full Time

The Firm:
Reputable specialist law firm in the Wigan area are looking for an experience Residential Property Conveyancer to join their friendly expanding team. The firm are a High Street Practice looking for a traditional Residential Conveyancing Executive or Solicitor to join a busy property team.

Residential Conveyancing Duties:

• Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release:
• Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
• Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling
• Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.
• Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager

Ideal Applicants:

• At least Two years PQE dealing with a varied caseload or experienced fee earner within residential property.
• To work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no admin support
• Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files
• To present a professional image both electronically, verbally and face to face with clients
• Good organisational skills
• Eager to progress in your career.
