RESPONSIBILITIES
You will lead and grow a residential property team in Cheltenham. T
* Advise on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, new builds, shared ownership, leasehold, and listed properties.
* Manage client matters from instruction through to exchange, completion, and post-completion registration.
* Provide proactive, commercial legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.
* Support and mentor other team members as required.
* Contribute to business development and local market initiatives.
* Keep up to date with developments in residential property law.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 8+ years PQE in residential property law.
* Strong presence and professional network in the local area.
* Excellent technical knowledge, drafting skills, and commercial awareness.
* Collaborative, proactive, and organised, with attention to detail.
