Job Title: Senior Conveyancer
Location: Central Manchester
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Working Hours: Full Time (Hybrid offered)

Simpson Judge Legal are working with a well-established, national and highly reputable law firm that is expanding into the Manchester market. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Conveyancer to play a key role in launching and leading a new regional offering, supported by the infrastructure and reputation of a successful national business.

This position would suit a confident and commercially minded conveyancer who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role, overseeing a small team while maintaining their own quality caseload.

The Role:

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
• Leading and supervising a team of three Case Handlers
• Providing technical support, guidance and mentoring to junior team members
• Assisting with process improvement and helping to establish best practice within the Manchester office
• Playing a key role in the firm’s strategic growth within the local market

About You:

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced non-qualified Conveyancer considered
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable
• Strong technical knowledge and confidence managing more complex transactions
• Commercially aware with a proactive and organised approach
• Excellent client care and communication skills
