About the Opportunity
A highly regarded full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to play a key role in the growth and development of its newly established office in Cheshire.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent client care skills and a genuine passion for supporting clients through complex and sensitive family matters.
The Role
As a senior member of the Family team, you will manage a varied caseload of private family matters while helping to establish and develop the firm’s presence in the local market.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a broad range of private family law matters
- Advising clients on divorce and separation
- Handling financial remedy proceedings
- Advising on children matters and child arrangements
- Managing cohabitation and related disputes
- Delivering exceptional client care throughout the life of each matter
- Supporting the strategic growth and development of the local office
- Building and maintaining strong professional and client relationships
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Participating in networking and business development activities
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices
Candidate Profile
