A highly regarded full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to play a key role in the growth and development of its newly established office in Cheshire.

The Role

As a senior member of the Family team, you will manage a varied caseload of private family matters while helping to establish and develop the firm’s presence in the local market.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a broad range of private family law matters
• Advising clients on divorce and separation
• Handling financial remedy proceedings
• Advising on children matters and child arrangements
• Managing cohabitation and related disputes
• Delivering exceptional client care throughout the life of each matter
• Supporting the strategic growth and development of the local office
• Building and maintaining strong professional and client relationships
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Participating in networking and business development activities
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices

Candidate Profile
