Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Contract: 6-months’ FTC (potential to become permanent)
Salary range: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum + benefits
Hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:30am-17:00pm and Friday 08:30am-15:30pm
Location: Corby, on-site

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, on behalf of a long-standing client based in Corby, to manage and drive their recruitment cycle from start to finish. You will be working closely with Line Managers to understand the requirements and identify the necessary skills and experience for open vacancies. You will also assist in establishing the role and responsibilities of current and present vacancies.

Responsibilities

– Draft job descriptions, write adverts and post these on job platforms
– Research and keep up to date with current market rates, salaries and other compensation packages
– Gatekeeper for all current/new recruitment agencies and assist with negotiating on T&Cs, where relevant
– Source talent via LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards
– Screen CVs, have initial conversations with candidates, present summaries for top 5% of CVs to Line Managers for review
– Schedule interviews via Teams/on-site with Line Managers/Directors
– Provide detailed candidate/agency feedback in a timely manner

Qualifications & Experiences

– 2+ years talent resource experience, ideally within Manufacturing or Industrial sectors
– Excellent communication both written and verbal
– Experience with using Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards
– Creative, hardworking and self-motivated
