I am seeking an experienced HR Advisor, to assist my client predominantly with ER Casework, and to also undertake generalist duties to support to the wider team.

Key duties will include:

– HR query resolution
– Performance management
– Employee Relations
– Policies – updating, advising, ensuring policies are fully compliant and fit for purpose
– Amendments to contracts
– Onboarding support

In order to be considered you need to have extensive UK based experience at advisory level, and be confident dealing with high volumes of complex ER cases. A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

This role sits within a large and very busy HR department, at the heart of an NGO, so will provide a great amount of variety and exposure.

This is a 100% onsite role, working 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.

Payroll is via Simpson Judge, paid weekly, and salary on offer is circa. £23 p/h plus holiday pay.
