Firstly, we hope that you all had a restful and relaxing Christmas break and that 2023 has started off well for you. Our 2023 has started with gusto, as we continue with our rapid growth plan with 8 new starters joining the Simpson Judge Team so far in January, our largest intake of trainees yet!
We are now well into January, how many of you have already broken your ‘New Year’s Resolution’ or are on the countdown to the end of ‘dry January or detox’? New Year’s Resolutions are a great way to set out your objectives and hopes for the year ahead, however sometimes it’s better to set goals for the year, what do you want to achieve? Setting goals and targets is good to focus your mind and outlook on life.
At Simpson Judge we have a structured training and development programme for our consultants, which is tailored to individual performance to ensure progression. All the goals and objectives needed for promotion are clearly defined and communicated from the beginning, so you know what you need to do to reach them! We have a proven onboarding and training programme for graduates, which draws on both internal and external training sessions to ensure a complete 360 recruiter development – all our trainees have been promoted in their first 6 months.
