Recruiter 360 Training Academy

We have a passion for driving quality within the recruitment industry, as part of this we offer a training programme to support talented individuals to become 360 recruiters. The 360 Recruiter Training Academy is born from our desire to support the next generation of recruitment professionals into a career in the sector. Our unique training programme is a comprehensive and exciting mix of practical and theoretical learning elements. Our best-in-class training programme incorporates sessions delivered by expert external trainers, on the job learning with mentoring and support from our leading recruitment professionals to assist and develop our trainees on their academy journey. Several of our team are themselves academy success stories with their own personal career stories to tell.

Commission structure

We offer an industry leading commission package, with an excellent base salary, with expected earnings of over 60% more than your base, in year one. We have a low threshold (that doesn’t roll) and an uncapped commission structure, with no other metrics to avoid paying you! It’s simple and easy; you earn it, we pay it!

Industry

We want our consultants to have markets with true potential – we don’t believe in saturating markets and prefer to concentrate on markets with real earning potential. We are open to recruiters from all sectors with a strong understanding of the 360-recruitment role, our structured training and development programme will support sector knowledge transfer. We have a clear and transparent path for progression, that can be accelerated for top performers.

Our offices are open plan to nurture our collaborative approach, with the management team working alongside you every day and always open to new suggestions. Working hours

Flexible working isn’t new to us, we have a 37.5 hour working week with flexible hours and we work from home on Fridays! We didn’t need a pandemic to know that getting the work life balance is important, we have a complete understanding of out of work commitments – we have them ourselves! We support employees to work from home as well as office space in all locations to get the right balance for them.
