Introducing our April intake Trio

Today, at Simpson Judge sees the beginning of 3 new trainees, as they start their journey in our 360-recruiter training academy.  Our April intake trio is made up of Cait Woodrow-Smith joining Legal North West team, Oscar Scott joining our London Finance team, and finally Martyna Rakoczy joins our Yorkshire Executive Support team.

The 360-Recruiter Training Academy was cultivated post-pandemic for several reasons, we have a passion for driving quality within the recruitment industry, we realised that to meet our ambitious growth targets there was a significant skills shortage and fundamentally we have a desire to support the next generation of recruitment professionals into a career in the sector.

Our unique training programme is a comprehensive and exciting mix of practical and theoretical learning elements. Our best-in-class training programme incorporates sessions delivered by expert external trainers, on the job learning with mentoring and support from our leading recruitment professionals to assist and develop our trainees on their academy journey.

Our training programme has evolved since its inception, which has been largely due to the feedback and engagement from several of our team that are academy stories.

Our first trainee was Marcus Polledri, who joined Simpson Judge post Covid on the Kickstarter programme, last month he was promoted to Business Manager of our London Finance Team.
